Melbourne D4 -- Queen Victoria market and Philip Island

breakfast at Queen Victoria market
The lovely brotherly bond..
Brandon chose his very cute breakfast

enjoying breakfast while we walked around

Brian is the happiest at the fruit and vegetable section
Figs...

Peaches..
I think he wanted to buy everything.

Enjoying the sight of all the frest fruits

Gloves to keep them comfy and in preparation for the Philip Island

Brandon is happy at the craft section..

Enjoying art..

Shopping and paying for their own souvenirs on their own

On the way back to hotel

At the lobby of a hotel nearby.. while waiting for the bus to pick up up for the Philip Island tour

Nice fireplace

horsing ard, not forgetting the daily dose of fruits..

Here we are.. Brian clearly enjoyed himself to the max..

Going all over to feed the kangaroos and enjoying the up and close contact..

Brandon was not too happy with the faecal material of the kangaroos on the grass

A kangaroo taller than Brian

Brian was very enthusiastic and wanted a photo with the Koala
He told Brandon" If you don't want then you wait for me outside" and he rushed to queue up for the photo

Finally managed to get the koala to look in front
It is so still that it does not look real

Emus

Enjoying the afternoon snack, mostly prepared by Big Gu ma.. before we board the bus again

Lunch at Philip Island.. nice food as recommended by the driver

Shopping

Doing nothing but just having fun

There is fun everywhere as u can see from their faces

Nice place to chill our while waiting for the bus

Ended up picking feathers.. he said these could be souvenirs for his friends..
Very money saving indeed..

While on the way to watch the penguin parade.. dropped by here to enjoy the scenary

Great to appreciate the vastness of nature

Finally here for the Penguin Parade
Photos not allowed inside but we still see a lot of pple snapping away... no wonder the no of penguins coming in are getting lesser..

If only he could drag this one home..

It is already very late at night, and we reached our hotel near midnight...
Amazed by the boys' stamina... It must have been the great fun that kept them going all day long!

Melbourne D3 -- City

As we felt that the complimentary transport to the city is too late, the owners sent us to the train station to catch a train to the city!

On the way to the city

First activity in the city: lunch with GuMa at the Chinese restaurant opposite our hotel

Strolling along Chinatown which is just outside our hotel

Having fun along the way

Hosier Lane

Enjoying themselves everywhere they go

I think they are beginning to look like each other..

Flinder's station

ACMI

walking ard without an aim and finding beautiful things along the way

Lazing ard with ice cream..
Relaxing in open areas with an ice cream on a cool day is really quite a good thing to do!

Shopping!

Enjoying my coffee in peace... I am loving it!

Recharged and ready for more shopping!
At the Royal Arcade

Beautiful Russian doll shops where the owner brought them ard to look for the smallest russian doll in the shop

Brian took this with my phone and insisted that we pose with chocolates

The major shopping district

Lego!

Meeting the twin

Not too much a fan of Thomas now, but still liking it
More proud of the sticker activity book he found

Look at this!!

Dinner at the foodcourt
We had fried rice, Hor Fun and Laksa..
I must say it tasted quite good!

Happy with his laksa
Like father like son..

caught the free city tram to our next stop

On the way to The Eureka Sykdeck

A cool Brandon while the other 2 are struggling to put on their jackets

Beautiful sights along the way

And we finally reached!
Did not really know the way and took a while to walk here! Luckily the boys were really cooperative!

Nice view of the city at night up here at level 88

We also paid extra to be in the cube that extended out of the building and you can see the city under your feet.
The girls who took it with us were really scared and the 2 boys told them that there was nothing to be scared about and that they would not fall down ;p

Still energetic after visiting the skydeck although it was very late at night
Brian still asked me where we would be going next

Along the bridge

Happy as can be

View of Eureka Skydeck
Reached hotel quite late and really exahausted from the walk, but it was a great day!
